The offer should include the following items:

1. dismantling costs

2. material

Furthermore, an indication of the dismantling time should be included.

Viewing appointments are possible.

Dismantling and takeover is expected to take place in summer 2024.

The offer includes the dismantling and removal of the entire press including the separately labelled auxiliary units.

Larger machine parts are to be dismantled on site into smaller, transportable parts,

so that they can be moved with the existing overhead crane (25 tonnes).

The estimated amount of material is at least 300 tonnes.

The press and ancillary units must be disconnected from all media (electricity, press water, cooling water) in advance by ContiTech.

The construction site is to be secured with closed, non-flammable construction fence elements (approx. 50

metres) to prevent sparks from flying to neighbouring workplaces,

and secure the excavation pit.

If cutting torches or angle grinders are being used during dismantling

2 persons must be assigned as a fire watch (1 person in the basement and

1 person on the ground floor).

The construction site must be left swept clean after completion of the work.

The contractor shall provide

- Necessary tools

- Load handling equipment (chains, round slings)

- Fuel gases

- Crane for loading in the outdoor area

The client will provide the following:

- Water, electricity, compressed air

- Equipment for fire watch (hoses, nozzles, adapters)

- Indoor crane (25 tonnes) by arrangement

- Heavy-duty trailer 50 t incl. towing vehicle and driver by prior arrangement
