Absolutely professional from start to finish. Excellent communication, a smooth and perfectly handled transaction, and full support throughout the entire purchasing process. I would be more than happy to use their services again. Highly recommended. Best regards! Bartek

We have just completed the installation of a Bacci Artist that we purchased from UCY Industrial. Dealing with Miro has made the whole process seamless. Even though we are located in Australia it felt like he was just around the corner. He handled the packing of the machine, the transport to Australia and even the finer details surrounding the software. Thank you UCY and thank you Miro, I would highly recommend your company and the service you provide.

We have purchased a machine, I am very positive about the entire process, from the quotation to transport handling. Most attend to me is the accessibility and quick response; overall, communication and service are excellent.

I just bought equipment from this company. I am very satisfied. The device is fully functional, the contents of the package match the description. I had the opportunity to check the device during a video call. I definitely recommend it.

We would like to express our appreciation for Ucy Industrial GmbH. The company demonstrates a high level of professionalism in all its operations. Communication is clear and efficient, feedback is always prompt, and their team consistently shows commitment to identifying and developing the best business opportunities.

Great service. Purchased a machine located in the UK through UCY Germany and the description was accurate and the machine was as advertised. Very easy transaction and would deal with UCY again. Very trustable company and a first class service.

I am very satisfied with the professional work of the company's employees. They were very kind and dedicated. With their help, the solution to what I was looking for was found. Finally, thank you very much for everything.

I would like to give a positive evaluation as they helped us in all aspects for the purchase of a digital machine in Switzerland. They are serious, correct and coherent with the rules and standards that must be followed throughout the process, from purchase to transport, above all, at least for us, they have served us in real time.
