2006 KRAUSS MAFFEI 500-3500 C2

This machine comes complete with

- the Yushin VNXII-600S unloading robot, year of manufacture 2004, conveyor belt and

enclosure (without granulate conveying).

The machine currently has about 50,000h in automatic operation behind it.

Beyond the standard equipment, the KM 500 has a widening of the

to 1000mm, 2 core pulls on the ejector side, 1 core pull on the nozzle side, and

nozzle side, 200mm centering and an extended ejector passage

through the centering of 201mm as well as a pneumatic

shutter nozzle control. Screw diameter is 100mm. The machine

is also equipped with a nitrogen accumulator.

The bladder has been renewed on a regular basis in 2016. Replacement hydraulic motor 2018. MC4 control.
