1、The capability of processing: 500 - 700 chickens/hour.

2、Board distance transfer line is 152.4mm, the normal speed of transfer line is 1.27m/min.

3、Bloodletting time :3-5 mins .

4、The way of scalding: hang-type scalding . Temperature of scalding :58°C~61°C(For reference, could be adjusted according to actual demand.)

Time of scalding :60-90s.

5、The way of plucking :vertical A-type defeathering .
