We are delighted to offer you this reliable and precise, top-quality screen-printing

machine with tunnel dryer, virtually unused, no longer needed as our business plans

have changed unexpectedly.

The machine was built for us by a very innovative and respected company based in

Poland. The owner of the company is the author of two patented inventions, and

another one is waiting to be accepted.

The machine is designed for flat printing on various types of substrates (paper,

cardboard, rubber, foil, glass, plywood, plastic boards, leather). We aimed to

use it mainly for printing on zip lock packaging (various types of pouches,

various materials).

The screen-printing machine is dedicated to printing on flat surfaces such as paper,

cardboard, rubber, foil, glass, plywood, plastic boards, leather, etc. The screen printer

is controlled by a digital controller.

The UV tunnel dryer is designed for the quick hardening of paints and varnishes

with ultraviolet waves. The tunnel can be also used as an air-dryer, without using the

ultraviolet waves.

In the automatic cycle, the printing machine lowers the frame with the mesh screen,

lowers the rubber squeegee, moves the squeegee pressing ink through the screen,

lifts the squeegee, lifts the frame with the screen, lowers the drawing squeegee, and

moves the squeegee back to the start point distributing the ink evenly on the screen

and raises the drawing squeegee. Each cycle of the machine is started with a foot

switch.
