With the Carpigiani pasteurizer Pastomaster 120 RTX you can prepare your own ice cream mixes in large quantities up to 120 liters. The operation of the ice cream parlor pasteurizer is very simple: select one of the 7 standard programs and the Pastomaster begins. Once pasteurization is complete, the milk pasteurizer automatically switches to ripening - to keep the finished ice cream mix at optimal temperature for hours. Thanks to the hand shower and easy-care stainless steel construction, cleaning the Carpigiani Pastomaster RTX is straightforward and easy to do.
