1992 ARVOR 1685 GGL

Leipzig, Germany

Description

In addition to the usual components of machines of this type, it has a Dieck electronics hole punching, a pincer carriage with deposit table and two unwinding units. The machine was built before 1992 and was overhauled and partly rebuilt in 2015/2016.

The original machine was equipped with Lenze clutch/brake units for the two preferential rolls. Since these were no longer available, the rollers were equipped with servo motors and servo controllers from ABB. The machine was able to perform its original function again after the rebuild and there are various options for cutting to length and welding.

cutting to length with photo sensor on a bar code on the foil (always the same print pattern on the bags)

Cutting to length only according to a given cutting length

Web tension (ratio of speeds of pre- and take-off roller) is adjustable via a display for different film thicknesses and thicknesses.

Automatic shutdown in case of malfunction and overlengths with corresponding indication via the indicator light

Manual operation for both rollers via external pushbuttons/switches for setup

To the unwinding table: The impulse for unwinding comes from the counter in the front panel.

The unwinder has been converted to FU operation, which was previously a small DC drive with dancer control.
