The highlight: thanks to the automatic control you only have to set the desired ice strength (up to level 120) - the rest is done by the professional ice cream maker itself. The removal is fast due to the high rotational speed of the agitator and with the precisely fitting scrapers also almost residue-free. The construction is easy to clean stainless steel with thermo-insulated door on the front. There is also a hand shower with flexible hose for cleaning.
