For economical and efficient machining of aluminum and thin-walled steel profiles

Standard version with air-cooled milling spindle (version with water-cooled milling spindle optionally available)

All operations such as milling, drilling, thread cutting take place with the profile bar at rest to protect the profile surface

Stepless machining with all tools from -90° to +90

Automatic clamp positioning with absolute measuring system

The traveling tool magazine ensures short tool change times and thus optimum machining cycles

The magazine can be equipped with eight tools

Up to two rotary angle heads, each with two different tools (0° - 90° - 180° - 270°), are available for double-bar and face machining (option)

Two separate machining zones allow machining in shuttle mode (option). Area protection is provided by laser scanner on the operator side for maximum safety
