The machine is a z blade mixer. A Z blade mixer is used for uniform mixing of semi solid materials. The machine consists of a U formed bowl with two ‘Z’ shaped blades. Each rotates in opposite directions for proper mixing of material.

Z Blade Sigma Mixer is widely used for mixing glass putty, plasticizer solution, biscuit dough, sauce, polymers etc.
