Description

used semi automatic foundry mold line

The used vibratory press molding machine is still fully operational and has been producing until last.  Casting plant

We have spare parts list and they are included. Capacity depended from few factors:

- organization in foundry (available iron, pouring way, available sand quantities, quality...)

- casting size and weight, core inserting…

- skilled workers on mouding machines.

In general 5 workers is enough to operate line completely. Something normal what should be reached on line is between 15 – 20 mould per hour.

In case of copy paste overtaking line in their production, they will need roughly 50mx5m space plus higher building. It is also possible to go with short pouring/cooling line if space can't allow mentioned. (it is few area inside line driven by electromotor which can be taken out i.e.)

Dimension from moulding frames are 850x850x(250+250). It is also possible to add on upper part by 4 screws one continuation which has high ca 100mm.

The F-40 line is sold as used and complete with associated equipment:

1. Sand bunkers for molding sand above the line including pneumatic

vibrators – 2 pcs

2. Conveyors (belts) for molding sand, with one long conveyor under the

aerator (above the bunkers) and two conveyors under the bunkers (for

filling the upper and lower molds) without supply belts for the existing

DISA and HWS lines (two oblique and a short horizontal belt up to aerator)

3. Foromat machines F40 - 2 pcs

4. Plates for molds transport - 77 pcs

5. Frames for molds - 124 pieces (850x850x(250+250)). Assembly guides (min.

1 pair), with Z keys (152 pcs of Z keys)

6. Weights - 39 pcs and an electric crane for transporting weights from

mold to mold

7. Extension frames (max 10cm each) for assembling on upper part of mold

frame - 35 pcs

8. Pneumatic cranes for: mold frames, molds (disassembly, assembly, upper

molding, lower molding) - a total of 4 pcs.

9. The mechanism for starting the molds (rollers on a chain drive) driven

by electric motors (5 zones per cooling line and 5 zones per casting line,

1 motor 0.55 kW Demag or SEW per each zone) and controlled by a button

(key) to start the line from the workers who produce lower part of molds.

10. Transport rolls (for mold halves on the molding line), aerator, rails

and others

11. Electrical cabinet (four-wings door) with associated diagrams (el.

sheme)

12. Automatic shaking grids, and a hood above to the first pipeline

connection, and a sand trap under the mentioned grids and a pneumatic crane

for removing castings. The operation of the shaking grids, strip sand

remover and supply of strips is not supplied by Ferro-Preis (an integral

part of Ferro-Preis sand preparation).

13. Supporting structure (for sand bunkers, belts, mentioned cranes,

aerators, etc.) above the line up to (but not including) the supporting

structure of the conveyor belt for the existing DISA and HWS lines. During

dismantling, the supporting columns and the boundary of the structure will

be precisely determined. Looking from the shaking grids, the last planned

columns for dismantling are located near the work place for making the

lower part of molds.(slightly before the bunker, looking from the shaking

grids).
