FLOW PACK machines fully automatically create packages that wrap the product. 

The machine design is based on a frame on which the electrical cabinet, sealing unit and transfer modules are arranged. 

It is placed on wheels so that the machine can be moved. The frame accommodates all other machine parts. 

 The sequence of functions starts with the carrier chain, on which the product is placed, transported and correctly positioned in the folding box. 

The film is unwound from the roll holder in the rhythm of the product feed to the longitudinal sealing unit. The system detects the beginning of each product and automatically wraps it with foil. 

and automatically wraps it with film, which is sealed by transverse welding. 

The correctly and ready wrapped product leaves the machine through an outfeed conveyor. 

The system adapts to the quantity of goods and varies the speed depending on the 

the feed to the production line.
