2018 Jwell Gravimetric compounding line

We have a pelletising/compounding line to sell. The condition of the equipment is very good, near new.

 The line consists of items made by different companies.

Gravimetric feeding (loss-in-weight feeding) K-tron Colormax System, Vacuum loading System Dega (manufactured in China but it is the same company as in Italy. The Chinese branch specialises in gravimetric dosing http://www.dega-changzhou.com/en/index.php/company), inverter ABB, torque limiter Autogard etc.

Suitable types of polymers are especially PP, HDPE, PET, ABS. The capacity stated by the manufacturer is 1000 kg/h. Even more than 1000 kg/h was produced on the line, if the material was of suitable properties (higher MFI).

Steel structures and wiring from the equipment in the line to the distribution boxes are part of the delivery. The customer must ensure the electrical distribution from the distribution boxes to the main switchboard on his premises.

The customer must ensure a sufficient amount of electricity (360kW), compressed air (pressure 0.6-0.8 Mpa, volume 2m3/h) and cooling (temperature ≤30℃, pressure 0.2-0.4 Mpa, volume 20m3 /h)
