Additional information: the entire system (building, boiler, oil tank, ...) was installed almost 30 years ago, but professionally maintained by the operator. For example, the burners were renewed a few years ago, the expansion tank and the pumps were replaced recently. The plant, including the electrical control system, ran without complaint until decommissioning in July 2022 without even one shutdown.

The heating system consisted mainly of:

2 heating oil boilers, make Buderus GE 515, heat output approx. 156*275 kW

per boiler. Total 550 kW

2 pieces of approx. 14m long chimneys (actually only 1 exists, but insignificant)

Measuring, control and regulation technology

1 piece pressure maintenance plant, make Pneumatex Compresso CU 300.6

1 piece hydraulic separator

2 pcs. mains* distribution pumps, make Biral LD 654 recently replaced

by 2 new Grundfos pumps with frequency converter.
