2020 Fischer automation Mask making machine

For the production of surgical masks certified according to DIN 14835. The plant comprises the machine for the production of the masks as well as a film welding machine.

In addition to this machine, the material for the production of approx. 8,000,000 masks is on offer.

Possibly, the sale of parts of the plant is also a viable option.

Unwinding:

-Three unwinding points for rolls with maximum diameter approx.

-transverse welding unit for welding the transverse seams (1x 20 kHz

-transverse cutting unit for cutting the mask bodies (length

2x welding station for ear loops:

-two welding units each for ear loops

-feeding of the mask bodies by means of a cycle belt

-pulling of the rubber bands from the bag by means of a pre-puller

-feeding of the rubber bands

-pulling of the rubber bands to length

-Pre-feeding of the loops by means of gripper system

-Welding of the loop on both sides at each end

ends (30 kHz ultrasound)

-Offloading of the finished masks onto a conveyor belt (length approx.

1m, system stops when conveyor belt is full)
