Functional Description of the System

• The stack of ingots is transported into the working area of the destacking system by means of a chain conveyor.
• The ingot is picked up by the gripper using vacuum technology and transported and placed on one of the four receiving stations of the MVE storage track via a portal.
• The preheating unit is used for loading and preheating the MDO650E with 8-12kg magnesium ingots.
• The EcoJet XXL system is used for the automatic and optimal loading and melting of magnesium ingots and return material.
• The MSO650E is used for melting magnesium ingots and return material.
• The material loaded with liquid from the MSO is directed into the crucible via a filling funnel, where it mixes with the existing magnesium.
• After approval by the die-casting machine, the precise dosing amount is supplied to the filling chamber of the die-casting machine.
