The CleanStep CB III combines cleaning and drying from 4” up to 12” boxes and cassette as well as SMIFs , FOUPs, RSPs and other types of clean room boxes in one run. Easy handling, fully integrated process control and minimum required cleanroom space provide optimal quality with less cost of ownership.

It is designed to support easy operation, latest process monitoring and control capabilities.
