DTG M2 printer

A series of industrial DTG printers of the M2 series for direct printing of several garments at once, prints up to 50 tricks per hour! It is equipped with a piezoelectric print head that has 180 nozzles for each print channel with a repellent coating, a pump and a filter for white color, a pump equipped with a sound signal ensuring a continuous flow of colors to the print head, which prevents "rowing".

A completely new system of constant ink recirculation that prevents clogging of the entire ink flow path (tubes, dampers and print head), we achieve excellent print quality with maximum color life of prints.

Thanks to the Mutoh control unit, CMYK is applied to the printed material in regular "waves."
The mentioned system ensures excellent coverage of the printing surface and reduces the consumption of paint.
Thanks to the Print Pro version of the printing software (By Kothari), which is supplied as standard with the DTG M2 industrial printer, you will achieve the highest possible print quality.

Printing gradual color transitions, sunsets, small letters, sharp curves will become a matter of course.
DTG offers an exclusive patented sandwich system of printing templates, which offers us 421 variants of clamping the textile.
