highly flexible and cost-effective device for fitting SMD elements with centering components with the help of a camera - Full vision.

The placement machine can grip SOIC, PLCC, BGA, μBGA CSP, QFP (0.3 mm pitch), 0201 packages

and others.

The maximum size of the part when centering with the camera on the head is 16 x 14 mm.

Parts up to 100 x 150 mm can be centered with the lower camera

Up to 160 8mm tape feeders (IT SMART FEEDER) can be placed on the device.

Feeders can be placed from four sides.

The BA392V1 comes with one mounting head that has a camera on it. When the head moves

to the feeders, the machine will give an order to remove the parts. Components are evaluated during flight - Vision on the fly. When the head moves over the board to be mounted, the component is mounted. The fitting machine is full vision, when cameras with COGNEX vision evaluation are used to center the parts.

The parts are centered according to the actual image of the underside of the part.

Stand alone design, equipped with feeders from all 4 sides - max. 600 x 350 mm

Equipment for fast and efficient mounting of printed circuit boards - flexible table including support pins

and pneumatic lock for PCB dimensions up to 270 x 350 mm.
