Wood Pelletizing and Shredding Line

Complete, fully integrated wood pelletizing and shredding line, delivered new in May 2023. Originally engineered and supplied as a turnkey solution. The plant processes A1 waste wood and single use pallets into DIN compliant heating pellets, covering the full process from automatic material feed through two stage shredding to pellet pressing, cooling and bagging.

Technical Data

• Purpose: processing of A1 single use pallets, ideal input moisture 10 to 12 percent, into heating
• pellets with 6 mm die
• Tested output: approximately 460 kg per hour total, 230 kg per hour per ECOKRAFT LP22 pellet
• press, using 2 percent corn starch as binder, dust content under 3 percent
• Total connected load: 275.5 kW
• Required supply fuse rating: 500 A at 400V

Shredding Line (AMIS)

• Automatic scraper floor bunker, 2.5 x 3 meters, with infeed conveyor

• Overband magnet DMO 1.42 C and permanent magnet rollers for automatic removal of nails and

• High performance cutting mill GSC 500/1000, 45 kW, with soundproof enclosure

Extraction and Safety (SPANEX and Grecon)

• SPANEX vacuum extraction system, 8000 cubic meters per hour, 15 kW clean air fan, 62 square
• meters filter area, continuous jet pulse cleaning
• Grecon spark detection system with pressure boosting station, 200 liter buffer tank

Pelletizing Line (ECOKRAFT)

• 10 cubic meter buffer bunker with 3 variable speed agitators
• Two DS25 dosing units for precise binder addition
• Two ECOKRAFT LP22 pellet presses, 24 kW each, with temperature monitoring, central
• lubrication and material flow control
• Two drum screen cooling units, model V3, with long conveyor belts

Bagging (ECOKRAFT)

• 40 stackable big bag frames, Vario 1.5, including 100 reusable big bags with dosing function
• Semi automatic, calibrated bagging system AS900 V2 for containers from 400 grams to 60 kg,
• including precision scale and conveyor
