• Main Defect: Faulty C-axis motor/encoder cable, making automatic focusing impossible.
• Monitor Issue: Touchscreen functionality is non-responsive in the top-left area and cannot be calibrated.
• Operating System: Industrial PC is running on Windows 7.
• Operational & Inspection Status:
• Preventive maintenance was performed (cleaning, filter replacement, lubrication).
• Calibration, final protocol sign-off, and system backup could not be completed due to the defective focus cable.
• Service attempt was logged as unsuccessful/incomplete until repairs are carried out.
