2003 Air-Jet Jacquard Loom Dornier / Staubli - Complete System For Sale

A complete air-jet loom with integrated Jacquard machine is available for sale. The system is built on a Dornier air-jet base loom fitted with a Staubli Jacquard machine. The complete unit was integrated and delivered by Vaupe.

The machine is currently inoperable because there is no frequency converter.

With the installed V-belts, the machine would run at too high a speed,

which would cause continuous weft breaks.

In addition, an edge guide is defective. As a result, the machine cannot check it during startup, which triggers an error message and also prevents the machine from starting.

Furthermore, the main valve, which controls the sub-valves of the weft nozzles, is also defective.
