Fully functional ironing press (automatic) from N&H (Nagel & Hermann, AT) with conveyor belt

Details:

• Pressing surface: 1,500 mm width – 800 mm depth

• Passage width: 1,700 mm

• Conveyor belt: Silicone/Teflon (5,900 mm long – 1,500 mm wide)

• Transport: Single cycle or automatic, forward or backward. Belt movement without pressing process, speed infinitely variable

• Connection values: electricity 380 V/32 KW. Air 6bar/approx. 80L per stroke

• Dimensions: 2.90 m long – 1.86 m wide – 1.70 m high

The ironing press has only been used sporadically (at most once per month) in the last 5-6 years.

To optimize the transport function, additional rollers were installed both at the back and at the front (see pictures in the appendix).
