automatic machine for 3-layer surgical face mask

Fully automatic 3-layer surgical style face mask machine. The machine is setup into 2 different sections, rolling and earloop. The rolling section rolls, folds and welds the filter part of the mask together with the nose wire. The earloop section measures, cuts, and welds the earloops to the filter section. The whole system is automatic. From the touch screen the operator can adjust the settings to further optimize the process. The maximum capacity of the machine is 90-110pcs/min.
