Ripening tub Frigomat TME 60 for storage & ripening of produced ice cream mixtures. Thus, the ripening device keeps filled ice cream bases at +4°C and mixes them with occasional stirring with the wide paddles of the agitator. Dispensing is done with perfect hygiene, as the dispensing tap can be rinsed from the inside with fresh water at the push of a button after each removal. Furthermore, there is a pull-out hand shower at the front.
