2016 GRAULE AS 450

The notching saws AS 450 are proven machines for structural engineering with aluminum and PVC profiles.

By means of two independently arranged sawing units, the most diverse notches at the end of the profile can be

Technical description:

The vertical saw blade can be tilted up to 45° by means of a worm gear with hand crank. There are adjustable fixed stops at 90° and at 45°, intermediate miters according to scale.

The horizontal saw blade can be adjusted both in height and in its distance to the vertical saw blade via column guides. This also allows contours to be notched.

The sliding table runs in an adjustable ball-bush guide on hardened and ground steel shafts.

It can be adjusted by handwheels both in height and transversely to the saw blades. The material stop shoulder can be swiveled on both sides up to acute angles. The angle is set via an easy-to-read scale on the table, with the 90° position fixed via a stop.

The material to be processed is securely clamped with a horizontal and a vertical cylinder.

Both saw blades work in counter-rotation so that the material to be cut is not pulled in.

The two saw motors can be switched individually. This gives the possibility to use only one saw unit of the notching saw. For example, the vertical saw blade can be used to cut extremely sharp miters, or the machine can be used for double miter cuts in two planes (shear cuts).

The sawdust and the material cuttings are fed into the machine stand.

The standard equipment of the machine includes saw blade spraying devices for both units.

The AS 450 notching saw has reinforced saw blade shaft bearings for both saw blades. The machine can be easily transported with a lift truck via a recess in the machine stand.
