Description
A glovebox from MBraun for producing OLEDs (built in 2010):
The system consists of three work areas. Work area 1 is equipped with a spin coater for processing fluids. Work areas 1 and 2 are connected by a lock. AB 2 is used to store samples. In AB 3 there is an evaporator chamber with 8 targets for producing an OLED stack.
