Staple fibre plant from has been operating a production plant based on recycled raw materials for the manufacture of high-quality regenerated fibres since 2006.


The plant was operated successfully for many years until it was taken out of operation after a technical defect. The plant was used in fully continuous operation. Bulk materials of all types (flakes, granulates, regrind, agglomerates) were used as input material from the German market, but also from all over Europe. The regenerated fibres produced could be used for demanding applications in the automotive and textile sectors as 100% recycled fibres. Due to the constantly growing quality requirements, the production plant has been expanded and modernised several times, see below.


The main components of the production plant are

- Drying/dehumidification of raw materials (partially dismantled) - Extrusion/filtration - Spinning process - Fibre draw-off - Drawing/fixing (partially dismantled) - Crimping - Drying - Cutting process - Packaging into bales Plant features: - Capacity: 35 - 40 tonnes/day per titer range (3. 3 to 28.0 dtex) - Scope of the system: See appendices "Block diagram"

- The system operates in a 2-stage process, i.e. consists of two production lines in the spinning mill and a downstream belt line incl. packaging unit (semi-automatic baling press)

- The system consists of CE-compliant machine parts.

- The system complies with EU safety regulations.

- Required operating personnel: 6-7 operators (depending on company organisation and qualification of employees)

- Accessories: nozzle packs + nozzles, cutting wheels, auxiliary/packaging material - All existing technical documents are handed over on acceptance.

- We can provide process data on how the system was operated. The system has been expanded and modernised several times in order to meet the high quality requirements of the fibre market, see the following new acquisitions: 5x SCHOLZ dosing systems
