Soloan 38/160P gas-fired powder curing oven.

Soloan high temperature curing ovens are built from rock wool insulated steel panels with a thickness of 150mm.

These panels are assembled using profiles and processed in such a way that a very high insulation value is created. A double sliding door is mounted on the front.

A fan burner is mounted on a chrome steel changer,

which indirectly heats the oven air. A centrifugal fan distributes the heated air and blows it in through grilles on the underside of the walls.

The same fan sucks this air back over the furnace roof. The result is an even air and heat distribution.

The devices are placed on top of the furnace roof.

An exhaust air duct (puff-off) with a

control valve is installed on the pressure side in order to create a low negative pressure in the oven and at the same time to renew the oven contents approximately ten times per hour. The outside of this oven is sendzimir galvanized with gray construction.

The cassette trolley is 5000mm wide and 2000mm long.

A maximum of 3 traverses may be inserted into the cassette trolley at the same time. A loaded cassette trolley can carry a maximum load of 900 kg.

The cassette trolley hangs on 2 rails under a steel structure, with 4 double steel wheels. At each cassette trolley position, all buffer extension openings are secured against extension. Of course, the cassette cart itself is also secured.

The cassette trolley is locked in the continuous conveyor path to the transfer point.
