The only tool that was used was the guillotine. Theoretically, this system could also be used for punching and turning (e.g. croissant production).

Hourly output is difficult to quantify. Depending on the size of the product or the consistency of the dough, we are talking about over 10,000 pieces per hour.

The system runs with a Mitsubishi control.

The baguette wrapper and alignment station (No. 29 & 22 & 23 & 15 on the diagram) is not included in the scope of delivery.
