Filling line of plastic bottles

Filler suitable for filling thick liquid mixtures (e.g. ketchup, mustard) into plastic bottles with the possibility of dosing volumes in the range from 350 - 1400 ml. Filling capacity is approx. 1000 pcs/hour.

The filler includes a stand with a conveyor and a labeling head for applying self-adhesive labels.- pneumatic drive 0.6 Mpa, consumption pressure. air approx. 300 Nl/min- measuring cylinder  125 mm, volume of one dose in the range of 350 to 1400 cm3- power input 0.5kW, 380V, 50Hz, IP 54
