Machine Condition & Technical Defect Summary (Official Mazak Service Inspection)

• Main Defect: Mechanical misalignment on the C-axis / rotary table structure. The rotary shaft sits misaligned/crooked relative to the Z/X and Z/Y axes.
• Component Damage: The cross-roller bearing on the C-axis is deformed/damaged beyond repair. The C-axis brake is also damaged as a direct consequence of the tilt.
• Manufacturer Findings: Official Mazak service confirmed that individual bearing/roller gear repairs are not offered. Rectification requires replacing the complete A-axis trunnion bridge assembly (with pre-installed C-axis).
• Current Operational State: Non-operational and not released for production.
• Disassembly Status: The rotary table plate and brake have been dismantled by Mazak technicians. The machine was intentionally left partially disassembled to avoid double labor costs during part installation.
