2019 GAI 1730S-HV-4292 TOP — Fully Automatic Filling, Capping & Labelling Line

Complete, fully automatic bottle filling and labelling line by GAI (Italy), year of manufacture 2019. Designed for viscous liquids such as oils, syrups, sauces, and similar products. Stainless steel construction throughout. CE-certified with full safety guarding.

The line consists of two main units:

1. Filling & Capping Monoblock — GAI 1730S-HV-4292 TOP

10-station high-performance vacuum filler specifically engineered for viscous fluids. Patented fill valve design seals both the product tube and gas tube during filling, preventing any air contact with the tank contents. Fill level is centrally regulated and manually adjustable from 30 to 90 mm below the bottle neck. Centering cones on each fill valve ensure precise bottle alignment. Central bottom-feed product supply allows complete and natural tank drainage. Product flow is controlled via pneumatic solenoid valves. The fill tank includes a top opening for washing and sterilization, and manually foldable dummy bottles enable simple CIP (Cleaning in Place) procedures. Bottle lifters operate mechanically via springs and are lowered by camshaft. Height adjustment is electric. A proximity sensor at the filler exit controls bottle lowering.

Integrated monohead screw capper (Model 4292P) handles screw caps up to 60 mm in length on glass bottles without internal threads. Cap orientation is managed via vibrator with a channel equipped with 2 min/max photocells. Flying cap placement with capsule gassing to reduce air in the headspace. 4-roller threading unit with "no cap — no roll" safety logic. Capper rotation speed is inverter-controlled and proportional to production speed. Electric height adjustment. No gas injector before capping.

Bottle infeed via screw conveyor. The monoblock is built in an extended configuration to allow the addition of a second closure system to the capping column.

Equipped for cylindrical bottle format (Format No. 3).

2. Labelling Monoblock — GAI ENOS T3

Fully automatic linear self-adhesive labelling monoblock with touchscreen control panel. One body label station with stepper motor and height-adjustable frame. Additional station for back label / medallion application (T302). Bottle positioning via bottom notch detection system (T316). Roller group for special and miniature bottles included (T321). Shrink head with double ventilation for heat-shrink capsules (T309). Lifting device for monohead capsule station (T308). Label height indicators on each station (T324). Cycle start delay function (T320). Dual-speed stepper-motor roller (T409). Set of formed rollers included (CO43).

Stainless steel frame with plexiglass safety doors (CE). Machine on feet. Bottle infeed via variable-pitch screw conveyor for cap application and capsuling. Speed electronically adjustable.
