Production process: secondary packaging

Assembly and filling of plastic trays with sealed edge bags.

                  This includes: feeding, counting, and weighing of sealed edge bags,

                  feeding and sealing of trays and cardboard blanks using ultrasonic sealing,

                  filling the finished trays with the sealed edge bags and a patient information leaflet,

placing a closure lid in the bottom tray, sealing and labeling the finished tray.

The machine was decommissioned due to a product discontinuation.
