2x Chiron FZ 15 5-Axis CNC Machining Center

MACHINE 1: Chiron FZ 15, year of manufacture 2015.

TYPE: 5-axis machining centre with Siemens 840D control.

TOOL CHANGER: Basket changer with 20 positions.

SPINDLE: Maximum speed 12,000 rpm. Spindle motor and replacement spindle renewed on 24.03.2023.

TRAVELS: X-axis 730 mm. Y-axis 400 mm. Z-axis 425 mm.

CONDITION: Fully functional. No longer in regular use since 2025. Functionality tested in October 2026, and test specimens were manufactured during the test.

MACHINE 2: Chiron FZ 15, year of manufacture 2012.

TYPE: Identical in construction to Machine 1, but three years older

CONDITION: The spindle runs. There are problems with the basket changer, arms and cylinders, and the hydraulic unit also needs work. Alternatively, the machine is suitable as a source of spare parts.
