TYPE OF MACHINE: Industrial slicer for cheese and similar food blocks.

CONDITION: Used, very good condition. Acquired in 2015 and in use until spring 2022. Serviced annually. Mainly used in the raclette season (October to March).

PRODUCTION CAPACITY: About 400 kg of cheese per hour, around 12,000 slices of 33 g each, reached at a blade speed of 130 rpm out of a maximum of 300 rpm. The machine's real capacity is higher.

SLICE WEIGHT: No scanner fitted, so fixed-weight production is not possible. Slice weights are very consistent when the input blocks are free of defects.

INCLUDED: One coated spare blade

DIMENSIONS: Height 220 cm. Width 100 cm. Length 245 cm without the discharge conveyor, 370 cm with it.
