2018/2019 Used Robotic Sorting and Palletizing System

TYPE OF MACHINE: Automated sorting and palletizing system with robotics, for processing and packaging various products.

YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION: 2018/2019

CONDITION: Good condition. The plant is currently not in operation. It can be viewed while powered on.

HOW IT WORKS: Two delta robots handle and sort the products. After sorting, the products are automatically assembled into containers, capped and then palletized. A capping machine seals the containers automatically.

EQUIPMENT: 2 x delta robots for pick-and-place and sorting. 1 x industrial palletizing robot. Capping machine for automatic sealing of the containers. Conveyor technology and plant control.

OPERATION: Suitable for semi-automatic and fully automatic operation.

DESIGN: Suitable for high throughput. Can be adapted to the product and packaging concept. Modular design, so individual stations can be expanded or integrated into existing production lines.
