Description: A modern and complete line for soil, compost, bark and substrates, covering mixing, packaging, palletising and wrapping. Designed for efficient packaging into bags ranging from 10 litres up to 80 litres. The system is designed for high capacity, flexibility and reliability. The line has been optimized for production of peat free soil blends.

Capacity

• Capacity - 10 litre bags: 30 to 35 bags per minute
• Capacity - 20 litre bags: 28 to 32 bags per minute
• Capacity - 40/50 litre bags: 24 to 26 bags per minute
• Capacity - 80 litre bags: 18 to 22 bags per minute

Main Components :

• Mixing line, including dosing hoppers, fertilizer dosers, mixer, and control system with touch screen
• Automatic FFS packaging machine with dosing system, bag shaker and forming tubes for multiple sizes
• Palletising system (Sirio APM) with pallet magazine, conveyors and safety equipment
• Stretch-wrapper (TOSA rotating arm) with automatic centering and pneumatic press
• Big-bag filling system with shaking features
• Clay feeding hopper for heavier products
• Complete conveyor and pallet handling systems
