2013 Donau Carbon Technologies CTR 50 regenerative thermal combustor

We are trying to sell a Donau Carbon Technologies CTR 50 regenerative thermal combustor.

The plant was made in 2013 and is currently fully functional. It will be disassembly in the coming months as it will be replaced with a solvent recovery plant.

The regenerative thermal combustor has so far been used for the abatement of volatile organic substances present in the air sucked in by the production departments of a company dedicated to rotogravure printing of packaging.

The plant is designed to work with an average air flow of 30,000 Nm3 / h with a peak of 45,000 Nm3 / h at an average temperature of 50 ° C.

The combustion chamber reaches a temperature of about 750-950 ° C, has a working cycle of 60-90 seconds.
