PROVISION

The workpieces are prepared in the goods receiving area and can be

be registered by scan.

LOADING OF BASKETS

Employees load baskets with a volume of 0.8 m3

with

workpieces. The components are protected by plastic

plastic inserts.

LOADING

The baskets are transported into the plant fully automatically and are

fed to the individual work steps via the manipulators.

VACUUM / RESIN BASIN

The resin basin (autoclave) is closed in a pressure-tight manner and a

vacuum is created. The impregnating resin is let in and acts

on the components for a period of approx. 5 minutes.

CENTRIFUGES

In order to ensure uniform distribution of the resin on the workpieces

the baskets are centrifuged. The excess

resin is skimmed off.

WASHING AND RINSING BASINS

The components are cleaned and excess resin is rinsed off.

POLYMERIZATION
