The cookie line is a custom line made by Autobake (now owned by Middleby Marshal) - The oven is a hybrid essentially – so extrusion / wire cut is Mk 6 – oven chamber is double the size of a standard MK6 model so capacity is greater than a standard Mk 6. The frame is tube steel so stronger than the original Mk 6 ovens.

This oven produces about 1,000kg per shift (11-12 hrs), depending on the biscuit you are producing.

We reconditioned the oven in October 2022 with a new chain, bushes and sprockets. The oven runs perfectly with no money to be spent on it.

We have ex- Autobake technicians who service the oven and who can dismantle if required . They could also pay re-commission the oven if required.

2006/operating hours N/A/accessories and output/capacity Output is up to 100kg per hour, however depends on the size of the cookie being produced, etc?
