1. ROTOX EPA 579-4 – Corner Cleaning Machine

CNC-controlled machine for cleaning weld seams on PVC window frames.

Includes contour milling unit, PC, pneumatic clamping, 10 NC programs.

2. ROTOX WTS 427 – Turning Station

Automated station for rotating and transporting window frames.

Transports frames from 350x350 mm up to 3000x2500 mm.

3. AKS 6410/4-35/30 – 4-Head Welding Machine

Horizontal welding system with parallel push technology for high corner strength.

Includes weld seam limitation and tolerance compensation.

4. TKB 30/35 – Powered Transport Conveyor

Motor-driven conveyor for automated production lines.

Polyester belt with white velour cover. Modular expansion possible.

5. DFAW-6400 – Automatic Sealing Former

For internal corner welding with automatic profile sensing.

Includes 4 heads and 8 pressure heads.

6. DFAW RA-6400 – Revolver Stop (Upgrade)

PC-controlled revolver with 6 tool positions for sealing formers.

Windows system required.

7. AKS-SV Online – Connection Module to Corner Cleaner

Software and cabling for linking welding machine to EPA system.

8. FWS – Remote Maintenance Module

Internet-based remote support including network card.

Customer must provide internet access.

9. AKS-U-6400 – U-Welding Unit

For integrating aluminum thresholds in door frames during cooling.

Not retrofittable.

10.Safety Guard Package

Protective grid package for AKS 6400/4 and similar models.

11. Software Packages for EPA 579-4
