This continuous strip hardening line by Kohnle is designed for the thermal treatment of parts such as screws. It features a muffle furnace configuration, offering efficient processing with precise control.

Technical Specifications:

Suitable part size: Screws up to 4mm diameter and a size length ratio of 10xD are machined on the furnace

Usable height: 2cm

Throughput: 130kg/h at 880°C

Processing time: 1 hour (of which 20 minutes are holding time)

Hardening furnace is theoretically also suitable for carburizing, but has only been operated as a tempering furnace
