Description
The system is a two-chamber smoking unit manufactured by NESS, equipped with a wood-chipping system for processing whole pieces of smoking wood. Additionally, several compatible smoking carts and an associated rinsing unit are available.
The units are currently permanently installed in the floor and would need to be removed from the screed during demolition.
