The 2004 Leistritz RT 400 CCA is a high-precision CNC thread rolling machine. Unlike the laser cutter we discussed previously, this is a "chipless" forming machine used to create high-strength threads, splines, or serrations on cylindrical workpieces by pressing them between rotating dies.
